Instructions
Wash and Dry Apricots, then remove seeds
Cut each apricot in halves or quarters (if you like chunks in your jam, leave it in halves)
Take a saucepan, add the apricots, sugar and cook on medium heat
Ensure to keep an eye on the heat and keep stiring until sugar is fully dissolved and apricots are soft
