Materials

  • 4 Small Apricots
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar (Add more if you want sweeter)

Instructions

  • Wash and Dry Apricots, then remove seeds
  • Cut each apricot in halves or quarters (if you like chunks in your jam, leave it in halves)
  • Take a saucepan, add the apricots, sugar and cook on medium heat
  • Ensure to keep an eye on the heat and keep stiring until sugar is fully dissolved and apricots are soft
