Instructions
In a medium baking pan, lay graham crackers as the base for caramel toffee bars
In a separate cooking pan, add butter, sugar, pecans, caramel syrup and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Stirring constantly to avoid sticking to the pan
Turn off heat and pour in the caramel mixture to the graham cracker pan
Pre-heat Oven to 350 F and bake the caramel mixture for 8-10 minutes
Remove from oven, and add the chocolate chips evenly over the top, let the chocolate melt by covering the baking pan with an aluminum foil for 3-5 minutes
Once melted, remove foil, and spread the chocolate gently and evenly. Refrigerate the caramel toffee bars until chocolate is firm, atleast about 15 minutes
You can always add additional caramel syrup or sprinkle sea salt for added goodness
