Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
Materials
- 3/4 Cup Cold Brew (Homemade or Store bought)
- 1 Cup Almond Milk or any milk of your choice
- 2 TBSP Pumpkin Puree (homemade or canned)
- 1 TBSP Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
Topping
- Froth or Whipped Cream
- Pumpkin Spice or Cinnmaon
Instructions
- Prepare your cold brew the night before or use a store bought cold brew and set aside
- To make milk goodness, take a large cup and add some almond milk (or use any milk of your choice) add some pumpkin puree, add sugar, pumpkin spice and combine well
- Then use your frother (or your hand blender or grinder) to make froth from milk
- Separate froth from milk and set aside froth for topping
- To Make the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, FIll a glass with ice, pour 3/4 cup of cold brew (add less or more depending on how much coffee you like) Fill the remaining cup with milk
- Add Froth or whipped cream on top with pimch of pumpkin spice or cinnamon
If you are planning to use vegan milk, then almond milk would be most preferred because it is more creamy and heavier and make your pumpkin spice cold brew taste much better. Pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice are stars of this recipe making it fall appropriate and even more delicious if you use homemade ingredients.
